SAVE deadline if your servicer is MOHELA
What MOHELA says on its official page, and your date in a second.
What MOHELA says
- It sends notices in waves between July and October 2026, by email or mail depending on your contact preference.1
- You have 90 days from the date of the notice to switch. You don’t have to wait for the notice to do it.1
- If you don’t choose, you’re placed on the Standard or the Tiered Standard plan depending on your loans’ disbursement dates. If you had a pending application, you may go back to the plan you had before.1
- Switching plans ends your SAVE forbearance even if your 90 days aren’t up.1
- MOHELA phone: 1-888-866-4352.1
